• The council heard from a couple residents during Open Communications who were concerned with unwanted newspapers, vehicles and “stuff” parked on lawns, and the treatment of some residents at a mobile home park.
• The Fire Chief gave an update/report on some issues regarding paramedic fees and an effort to review fire department consolidation with South Ogden City and possibly Washington Terrace City.
• The council approved a resolution amending the consolidated fee schedule to meet new state requirements and also update supplemental public safety fees and some zoning fees to account for inflation and remain consistent with the state in general.

• The board held a public hearing regarding, and eventually approved, a resolution amending the FY 2018 budget.

City Council 10-3-17

• The Council approved an (updated) Inter-local Agreement between Riverdale City and the Weber Morgan Narcotic/Gang Strike Force for drug and gang related crime.
• The Council approved a resolution authorizing the repair of the Fire Engine for up to $25,000.00.
• The Council held an executive closed session concerning real estate property.

RDA Board 10-3-17 (Special Meeting; previously unscheduled)

• The Board set a public hearing for 10-17-17 regarding amending the RDA budget for fiscal year 2018.
• The Board held an executive closed session concerning real estate property.
• The Board approved a property purchase agreement within the Riverdale Road RDA, and concerning development of the 550 West RDA.

LOOKING AHEAD:
